Pre-Nuptial Agreements- to be bound or not to be bound?

A pre-nuptial agreement is not to be taken lightly, and legal advice must be sought as to the impact the terms will have upon you.

Prenups are these days very common, and it is vital that you understand what exactly you are entering into, and the rights you could potentially be signing away. No-one likes to think about a marriage ending, but a pragmatic, almost commercial approach should be taken when looking at a prenup, and how it could impact upon you financially in divorce.  A prenup should only be signed if you intend to be bound by its terms.

If you would like to discuss the subject of pre-nuptial agreements with me, then do get in touch.
